IDDQD in spirit, but not in game.

Welcome to the obligatory welcome post of IDDQD!

Now that I’ve gotten that redundancy out of the way, welcome (okay, last redundant statement, I swear)! I won’t mince words with lengthy introductions and whatnot, since you can read about us from the menus.

In just two days from conception to deployment, we have a working website! That is some crazy turnaround. It’ll be a while before we can get a proper design and logo for our new home, but at least we’re up and running.

Aenemius (Ian) and I (Yawhann) have been playing League of Legends almost everyday since we started out back in early November. We’ve won, lost, improved, and humbly accepted that we still have a long ways to go. However, one thing we found was having a steady group of friends to play with us, and since none of our current friends play MOBA games, we decided to try to make some new ones. We looked high and low for clans to play with, but a lot of them had very strict rules that didn’t appeal to us. After all, we didn’t really want a clan, we wanted a group of friends who would understand that games are just a hobby and that life does get in the way of that, but when we get in-game, we should be dedicated and focused. However, I’m a fun-loving kind of guy (Ian is the stick in the mud of us two :P) and I play Shadowrun with my physical friends followed by a movie or two, and it’s that sort of social gathering that we are hoping to achieve with this project.

If you’re a gamer (and possibly geek), maybe you should check us out. While gaming is the focus, making friends is just as important, and isn’t it nice to meet new friends? Heck, bring some along with you for the ride!

Disclaimer: We do not endorse or condone god-mode cheating in any game. But if you can bring a god-mode attitude with you into the game (i.e. play hard with no regrets), that would be cool. Just don’t let it get to your head. 🙂

About ChickenBall

Yawhann (or "Hann" as he's commonly known) has been playing video games since the late 80's during the NES reign. After buying enough consoles to earn his right as a typical Chinese gamer, he's subjected himself to just about every genre of game out there. His current addiction is League of Legends and can be found on most online games out there as ChickenBall, ChknBall, or ChknBallistic. Unlike Ian, his first MMO was World of WarCraft. He regrets nothing.
